While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that information on the Service (including prices, product images, specifications, and availability) is error-free or complete. We reserve the right to change or update information, correct errors, and discontinue products or services at any time without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Packwire Inc and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Packwire Inc does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

14. Exclusions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so certain limitations above may not apply to you. If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Shipping and Delivery

Order Fulfillment: All orders are subject to our shipping and delivery policies. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.

Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete shipping information. Packwire Inc is not responsible for delays or misdelivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.

Shipping Costs: All shipping costs, as well as any applicable taxes, tariffs, duties, or fees, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Processing Time: Custom orders may require additional processing time. Production of your order will commence only after final approval of the online proof.

16. Product Specifications

Custom-Made Products and Color Accuracy: Our boxes are custom-made. Please note that screens often display colors differently from printed materials, so slight variations in color, size, or design between online images and the final product are normal. If precise color matching is required, please provide a Pantone PMS reference or a pre-existing printed sample, and we will do our best to match your specifications.

Approval Requirement: You are responsible for reviewing and approving the online proof of your order. Once approved and production begins, no modifications or cancellations will be accepted.

Measurement Disclaimer: All dimensions are intended to be precise. However, due to inherent manufacturing tolerances—such as very minor variations in material thickness—there may be negligible differences in the final product that do not affect its overall size or functionality.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States and, where applicable, the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to their conflict of law provisions. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, the parties agree to resolve the matter by binding arbitration in a mutually agreed-upon jurisdiction. For litigation purposes, should the need arise, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of New York and, where applicable, the Province of Ontario. Any class action or collective proceedings are prohibited unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

18. Force Majeure

Packwire Inc shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of nature, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

19. Assignment and Severability

You may not assign or transfer any rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Packwire Inc regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

21. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, with a notice period of at least 30 days for material changes. Your continued use of the Service following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service.

22. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time before you approve the online proof. Once the proof is approved and production begins, cancellations are not permitted.

Returns & Refunds: All orders are custom-made. If you are not satisfied with the final product, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve any issues on a case-by-case basis, though returns are generally not accepted.
